*                   Guo Lin Qi-Gong

Do you want to experience first hand slow and meditative movements of Guo Lin Qi-Gong?

This popular Chinese walking and breathing exercise, Guo Lin Qi-Gong (translated as breath work) has been practiced in China for health of body, energy, mind and spirit. Practising Quo Lin Qi-Gong can help increase appetite, improve sleeping conditions, boost the immune system, and enhance circulation. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the basic aim of practicing qi-gong is to bring the body and mind into a state of balance and self-regulation.

Guo Lin Qi-Gong has been practiced by thousands of Chinese cancer sufferers and survivors, and people with chronic illnesses in China and different parts of the world.

Mr Zhengping Yuan, a qi-gong master, is a cancer survivor. He has learnt Guo Lin Qi- Gong from Madam Guo Lin, founder of New Guo Lin Qi-Gong when he was receiving chemotherapy. Since 1983 Mr Yuan has taught Guo Lin Qi-Gong in Shanghai and many other countries. He has also founded the Shanghai Guo Lin Qi-Gong Association, being its President.

This is a golden opportunity for people who are interested in qi-gong to learn the proper techniques from Mr Yuan.
